WOW what a start in life

I can’t think of any better way for young people with limited resources to prepare for their future so early on in life with so little cash out-of-pocket.

I am hoping to get a jumpstart on life and set my future up for success.

I lived in DE my whole life and had to move to Jersey last year to get a job.  

I haven't yet made any real estate investments beyond my own personal residence, but I've been interested in real estate for most of my adult life.  

It does not materially add to the value of your property or substantially prolong its life.

I set goals in November to change my life (habits) and focus on getting debt paid off, money saved, credit repaired and to be back to $0 in debt to move forward with my investing.  

Cons - you don't know who opens their mail, and they may be desperately trying to keep a separation between church and state (work and non-work life).

It came as a shock and really opened up my eyes to how precious life is.
