I do not believe any of the major metropolitan areas such as Dallas, Houston, San Antonio or Austin participate

We are in our early thirties and want to live somewhere that has a lot of activity and feel like the big city without being in the center of everything. 

That is a major red flag to me and i would walk away fast.

It's not a guarantee of success but it's a major step in the right direction.

My son is thinking of buying his first home in Saint Robert MO...he is active duty military but will most likely get out very soon and the property will then be a rental...does anyone have experience in Saint Robert?

probably just missed putting it in the listing just realized it and is now cleaning it up.I do this often when I hire brokers who forget to include that me the seller is licensed.. and i make them put it in a counter.. so we disclosure before we close.. not a major issue from my point of view just an oversight they are cleaning up in writing..

He never gave me any indication of conducting any illegal activity so I never made an issue of anything with them.

If all of the units are dated, assume a healthy number for regular repairs, and assume at least 1 major and 1 minor appliance to be replaced yearly for the whole building.
