Simply cut it loose and it defends itself.Plus if you lie, then you expose yourself to becoming caught in the lie.

Don't we loose the value of a series LLC if that is the case?

If I would get a more expensive home I dont think its a good idea to make any principal payments as I would probably loose them when I would want to sell the house and pay off the mortgage.

I would choose the second with the multiple restaurants as he has more experience and more to loose.

Think there is a bettter way to get involved unless you want a home with loose ends. 

Also, I can clean up the unit and rent it before I loose money.
