Curious Questions for Homeowners

For homeowners:
Hello Bigger Pocket members,

I have a few questions for property owners, both those who don't and do flip their properties. Please note, the term flipper is used loosely below.

(1) Would you be interested in rehabbing/flipping your home prior to selling it? This would increase the sale price of your home and inevitably, even after splitting the profit give you more money in the end.

(2) If so, if you could settle on an arrangement without actually selling to them, would you be willing to have someone else flip it for you?

(3) On a scale of 1-10, how willing would you be?

(4) What sort of reservations would you have?
