I’ve seen some that offer owner financing and when I checked The properties on real estate apps it sure was over priced.

As of recently, I've been using Tellus which is a property management app.

@Nettles Mason when you say app are you just talking about a software tool or a mobile app available on your phone?

In my free time, I am scanning multiple real estate apps looking at properties.

Although smaller banks give you better in-person service, I've found their portals and apps severely lacking.
