For example in my market, northern NJ, scaling was always a bit more difficult because the housing stock is generally very old requiring a lot of repairs and upkeep is more intensive as well.

In GA a nice office of about 1,200 sq ft to own can be had for about 80k to 100k in a great area.I wouldn't want to own a space renting out the other people for such small amounts it could be an intensive accounting nightmare for the yield involved.That's just me though I am sure others will love it.

I guess it just took several months to work out all the kinks in the house which I could have avoided if I had gone through the house in more detail prior to them moving in.
