They don't actually provide any true value because they're new and they're just trying to hit a grand slam home run on every deal.  

Don't get me wrong...I am EXTREMELY against drinking and driving and it really changes my opinion about someone when I find out they have a DUI or when someone brags about how drunk they got, but in the grand scheme of thing....so many young adults drink and drive and the ones with DUI's were the unfortunate ones that got caught. 

The guy grosses over 20 grand a month with all his properties.

I assume east side La Grande type area.your correct the names you mentioned seem to get bandied about a bunch.it just goes to show you that if you send out enough e mails to enough people and charge a small enough fee you will get results.I have had clients try to refi with COGO and not sure they ever got a deal or if they did it was tough.

there was a long one with Jim Wise a few months back.. and he is pretty straight forward dude.. but no one in this business is perfect.. but I do know ABC is going through a conversion of PM companies so there will be some hiccups but with close to 2500 homes and grand total of this one lady and this other thing..

Grand total they're worth roughly $40K.
