Do you think most people employed in these factories will want to live in the East Austin area or will the blue collar employees be priced out and move to areas east of the facilities? 

In 2018 I switched my business structure to an S-Corp and became the only W2 employee of the company.

Although I make good money, it’s not traditional and can’t be easily tracked down like a lender may do.So, I’ve put some thought to getting employment for a year or two as a salaried employee/W-2 employee.

The tenant doesn't know about this contract agreement and may not even know that this person was a contractor and not a direct employee of my PM company. 

@Balin JessipYou should be able to look through all CPA on BP in the "network" section (very first line of the menu bar)...So, you are getting your employer to hire you as an independent consultant so that you are no longer a W2 employee, but a 1099 IC? 

"My team" assumes that you are building a roster of employees or contractors who work directly for you.

We also have a very large segment of government employees because many of Florida's government departments are headquartered here.

Realtor referral, search online for "mortgage brokers near me" and read online reviews (google business reviews are the most credible/fair to both the reviewers and the reviewees... unlike yelp/zillow/etc, no google employee has ever called me for extortion money to manipulate my reviews), friend/family referral, all of those are better ways to get a mortgage than to just call the people from the Super Bowl commercial that came on right after the beer commercial.
