Hey @Adam Curry Thanks for the encouragement this is definitely something that will take time to break but I am willing to put in the work.  

I would encourage you to go to landlord-eviction court a couple of times because you need to see how the judge treats landlords in your area.Also, READ YOUR LEASE.  

Or if you feel so inclined, you could pursue a strategy like direct mail marketing, or working with a wholesaler.If the demand for your most desirable neighborhoods is too high, are there other areas of the city that offer similar features?

Once again thank you so much for your responses look forward to posting my first deal to show how a little encouragement and information can go a long way.                               

It can't be ignored that people within the industry encourage newbies to find a mentor.

I suggest checking the NRMLA website for the Find a Lender feature and check for someone who is a Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP).
