Hello my name is Adrian Tougas I have been in the residential construction industry for over 10 years. I am looking to start flipping and developing residential real estate. With the contacts and relationships I have made with other trades and contractors there is no job to big that I can't get done for a good price! With my experience in the rehab aspect and my wife's interior design expertise I believe we can be very successful in this industry. The network of contractors that I have would be a vital asset to achieve this goal. My only problem is I was injured a year ago and was unable to work for over 8 months and had to spend all my savings to survive. So at this point I'm looking for investors to put up the money to close on properties then I will rehab and update everything to get the most equity possible. Then sell sell sell. Just looking for input on my business plan and as investors if this would be something that you or others would be interstellar in before I post in the marketplace thanks for your time look forward to the responses
