@Mohammed Nasser- thanks - refer to your purchase contract  as there  are normally dates  referenced for your " contingencies " to be met  or  signed off on  ....most time  the dates to be used to exercise the  contingencies are  weeks before the closing date .... if the  contingency  isnt used - its assumed to have been  met and satisfied ......if this  is the case  backing out one day before closing  likely isnt  acceptable grounds for EM return ...consult with the  realtor involved if there was one and  possibly  with the settlement agent  and then  possibly with a real estate attorney ...good luck
