I don't know what one was sponsored here on BP but my property manager is working with CWE (Commercial Water Energy out of Florida) on submetering a 68 unit. 

I never would have had the tools or confidence to do that without building a team and learning how to do that with the resources on the forum.  

I'm in Northern CA, but I have resources in Southern CA too. 

I believe hiring a Financial planning portland oregon can be a great use of your resources as long as you also take responsibility to learn about money management yourself, come prepared and informed to each meeting, and bring a list of questions to each meeting.
