Came across this old thread but maybe it has some new legs.  

Half the time I am outside talking about deals with other members or bored in my chair.

My brother and his buddy run a real estate company (re-finances, etc) and his buddy offered to represent me & rebate 2% of the 3% back to me but really doesn't know that area & I want some due-dilagence he likely can't do.My sister recommended I talk with her original agent and tell her I found a property and would like that agent to do it but since I found it and did most of the leg work (up to now) ask for a percent or percent-and-a-half off (of the 3%).Anyway, I thought this agent was "ok" and as good as any I had met though I personally would have chosen someone with more of a rural/ag focus.

Place some chairs and clean and paint along with fixing the roof etc.The back walk out is strange from the doors as you walk out onto dirt and then there is a concrete pad it looks like to the left.

But we know you can be lazy when pursuing Real estate there is always needs to be leg work or else the Guru will be keeping to themselves and let their team bring all the deals to their office.

You have a leg up on newbies since you have contracting expeirience, and the people on the site are great for offering help so you'll do great man!

Having access to the MLS is a great leg up.

Now is she doing the leg work and sending you unlisted properties and special listings? 

His words almost knocked me out of my chair after I consumed the book in 2 nights of reading.
