Flip #1 Completed!
We just completed the rehab on our first flip, and will be listing it on the MLS today. I can't say strongly enough how instrumental BiggerPockets has been in making this a reality. Without the knowledge I've gained from the forums and podcasts, I'm not sure I ever would have been confident enough to jump in. I bought and renovated a rental property last year, but this is my first actual flip.
Here are some before and after shots for comparison:
We ended up going a little over budget and over our targeted timeline, but at the end of the day we'll still make out pretty well. I learned A LOT about what works, and what doesn't. The next project will definitely be a lot smoother, and quicker. Here are all of the listing pics:
