What kind of investing is most appealing to you?

This has to be fixed (some kind of automatic lining up with the rest of the text or an option to preview the changes without having to go through 3 screens).....Hope this can be fixed.......

Broker -> Seller -> Me -> End Buyer I don't know what kind of contract there is between the broker and the wholesaler.

What kind of investing have you done, or do you plan to do?

I can't believe so many of you do these kinds of loans and get sellers to agree to it!

Kevin,6 months ago I went into a huge reo brokerage and looked through what the broker closed, dom, and for what kinds of discounts.

Well, I may be getting another one back and I'm kind of torn on it.Don't get me wrong, I made money on the other one (got it back for the what they owed me-$90K and put about $1500 into it and sold it for $100K with $3K down.
