I would highly recommend adding in the 10% fee for a property manager.

No, the bank doesn't have any say in the transaction as long as the loan, arrears, late fees and legal costs are paid off before the sale.

I’ve done a bunch of wholesale deals with multiple title companies and they’ve all been, friendly... do they take issue with you collecting a fee and not being a register agent??
