I was charged the appraisal fee yesterday, so we're hoping to have that deal closed in the next ~2 weeks.

I’m paying 3x the fees to get them closed- would love to find a way to save money.

I would highly recommend adding in the 10% fee for a property manager.

Not a big fan of including all the little fees in my calculations, legal, marketing, etc.A 2/1 in 'C' neighborhood rents for 1800 a month in Westchester?

No, the bank doesn't have any say in the transaction as long as the loan, arrears, late fees and legal costs are paid off before the sale. 

Some are 100% commission with monthly fees, agent transaction fees, and a website and full access to CRM.

I’ve done a bunch of wholesale deals with multiple title companies and they’ve all been, friendly... do they take issue with you collecting a fee and not being a register agent??

They already have high fees and property taxes, and there has been a fairly large exodus of population and businesses.
