I want your opinion about some brokers commission options

I’m a new agent and I’m interviewing some brokers. Some are 100% commission with monthly fees, agent transaction fees, and a website and full access to CRM. Or 100% monthly fee with agent transaction fee and no website or CRM. Then some options of 85% comm or 90% with the monthly fee, website, CRM, and marketing notecards and direct mail. What do you think about these options? What commission options do you have and what do you prefer?
