Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

They have very specific requirements of how much revenue they want to see on a monthly basis as well as the frequency of the deposits.

Specifically, these properties were in Stone county. 

You'd have to be specific about the area you're referring to for anyone to be able to answer the question about demand.
