I want to run this person's advertisement on a local facebook page by some experienced tax professionals:"If you know any home owners who had hurricane and flood damage, let them know there is a special tax deduction for fair market value loss, and their 2016 income tax return can be redone now for an additional check that can be received in as little as 6 weeks from now.

Kids are noisy and smelly but not when the tenants are there :)I specifically like daycare because of a few factors. 1) It is internet resistant - you can't put your kid on the internet so you won't lose tenants to that in the same way you could lose a retail or office tenant to the internet. 2) It's always a need that will be there 3) A lot of times these days daycares are supported in some way with government funding.One thing to pay careful attention to, as mentioned above, is the lease.

It's funny how asking the question of who else has money brings the answers you want to ask, but if you ask the person directly they will almost always say they have no money.If you join a REIA there are many people there who are private lenders but don't advertise themselves.
