As far as I know, even with Covid, there is no state which is clearing the debt as a whole without compensation for the landlord.

You also forgot you have to sell the house to the tenant for “whatever they can afford” since they obviously wouldn’t be able to buy the house for what it’s worth or they already would have, and “that’s only fair.”But I especially love number 9 literally violating the bill of rights by taking 100’s of billions, maybe trillions from landlords without compensation.

Once they were over a month late and I sent them a certified letter for notice of eviction and spelled out that rent can't be 30 days late...ever since them rent has always been late less than 30 days 😂as long as they pay...eventually and you get compensation for them being late...who cares

@S Ng Most likely, the commission offered by the seller isn't enough to compensate your agent, so she's asking for you to make up the difference so she is paid what she will accept for a commission.There is no law against this in any state that I know of.

I realize "Financial Planners" AKA Insurance Salesman are "experts" in life insurance, but they are also compensated handsomely for these policies.
