Rent is flat for the full term of the primary lease ( occasionally you will see one with rent increases but they dropped the cap rate below market so blended cap is the same or less than buying one with flat rent).

We will occasionally grant waivers for larger dogs if they aren't on the list, we've met them, we've visited their existing environment...etc.It never ceases to amaze me how many people try to sneak Pit Bulls past our screening process by using other names such as American Staffordshire Terrier or some other version of Terrier.
