Hi 

I don't live down there (my office is in Tampa) but we occasionally buy Bradenton REOs and resell them to investors down there. One of the locals sent me this info. Hope it helps.

"Sarasota REIA. They meet every Wed. 12pm-1:30pm at Oriental Buffet Restaurant on Bee Ridge Rd and Macintosh Rd. Contact Jim Willig at 941-927-0040 for more information regarding the REIA."
