Whereas Delaware, Nevada and a few other States do not charge Income Tax.

Therefore, I am willing to make this first purchase as a means to learn about the process.The states I have narrowed it down to are Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, Delaware, and New Hampshire.

Hi @Lori Allred, if you’re an accredited investor there is an investment product called a DST (Delaware Statutory Trust) that might be beneficial for you to learn about if you decide to perform a 1031 exchange.

Consequently, you can check up on your properties more frequently that I do so that can help (a little) to de-risk absentee ownership.
