According to a March 26 webinar from STR, a hotel data company, for the week ending March 21, revenue per available room (RevPAR) was down 69.5%, the third week in a row of double digit declines and the largest ever in 30 years of data.

Your average consumer works those same hours and after work and on weekends is when they are available to ask a billion questions and see homes and do the other 10,000 things they will need to do to buy or sell a home and as their hired expert, they expect you to have an answer and get it to them in a timely manner. 

She cleans Fridays and Mondays as weekends tend to be party time and by Monday it needs it. 

It wasn't easy at the start but I continued to show up and be there, for instance the oven stopped working in December before Christmas and I got a new one and delivered it to the tenant in 4 days when the big box stores were saying it would be about a month before one could be delivered.
