The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't connect to my CRM to fully integrate everything so at times I find that I am scrabbling to get my notes together.

You can then import/sync that data with whatever lead follow up / management tool (CRM) you have2) Legitimacy. 

Another great tool for this type of data, is call your insurance company, they have very advanced stats on every zip code and down to the street, they will tell you exactly what you need to know.
