You can do keyword searches but even then you will miss some, which drives me nuts because I'm obsessively thorough. 

This is nuts

The market here is nuts, which is true all over the country, but even more so locally. 

I have been hoping one of them would know how the nuts and bolts work, and why it might be in their interest! 

I think that renters are still looking to move for all the normal reasons and, on top of that, you've got a whole new market of apartment dwellers who are going nuts in quarantine and finding apartments are not the best for weathering a drawn out pandemic.

Hi Eric, I have family in the Northern VA/DC area and with the announcement of Amazon, I can imagine that area is going nuts. 

That's real estate in a nut shell right now. 

Consider you'll have to furnish all 5 units (including stuff like kitchen supplies, linens, etc) - cover your nut with long-term leases, and see if STR is going to be worth the hassle and expense.
