Find a deal, run all the numbers with correct expense information, if the numbers work out for you and there you're heading towards a right path. 

They already gave you their social security number, birth date, income, kids' names, criminal background check authorization, etc... and they think a quick head-poke inside the front door is intrusive?

While some of what you said as it relates to the mechanics of the unit is a little over my head at the moment, that information was incredibly helpful and I will keep it in mind as I move forward!
