After reading and watching videos about wholesaling and just the real estate market in general I think wholesaling is the route best for me.

I've watched videos like this one: I've also set up our project on a local crowdfunding platform (we're live right now), have been using Social Media marketing to capture leads and doing all of those things.

I’ve been trying to find the niche that’d fit my interest when it comes to Real Estate & I think after 6 months of reading, listening, watching & thinking I can say I’m interested in becoming a contractor.Currently I’d like to do commercial and residential renovation properties.

A number of years ago, after diligently watching the real estate market, I was fortunate enough to purchase an apartment that I could rent out.My unit is not new, it is dated, but I keep it nice.
