This switch creates an issue for me as I run financial projections on deals - I've been projecting based on specific comps using past 12 month data from Pricelabs/ Airdna, etc. who scrape the web for rates at the time of booking and combine them into yearly revenue totals.

I am in Michigan and have recently received a request from a tenant indicating he is a licensed medical marijuana user.I have read most of the recent posts here and on the web at large but this topic is ever changing and just wanted some input, feedback from those who have dealt with this issue first hand.It does appear that the feds, specifically the DEA, has been told to keep their nose out of the individual State's rulings regarding this matter.Any other thoughts, ideas from those having experienced this issue with tenants?
