Rehab Management Software?

I am running my business pretty much from an excel spreadsheet and I need to get more efficient.  I'd like a web based program where I can access on an iPad on location that will allow me to gather all necessary information about the property regarding the rehab.  For instance: sqft, measurements for flooring, paint, backsplash, countertop sqft, # of doors (and their orientation), faucets, fans, hardware, # of new can lights, hardware, mirrors, etc.  pretty everything that I will need in order to source the finish materials.  

Something that is easy to use, not cumbersome to learn, not crazy expensive
