Another major issue with developers not pulling the trigger is that there is no financing available for them to take the project vertical as construction financing is near impossible to find these days!

Having a cash flow negative property is a legitimate way to have some forced savings.It doesn't take long, though, to see a new post saying "I have these rentals that are sucking my dry and I'm going to let them go into foreclosure".
