I am an active real estate investor in Houston, TX and have used www.realacquisitions.com for years to build my mail out lists of motivated sellers. 

We did text each other yesterday and he didn't mention anything about having to wait to begin or getting a permit.

While Tenant A has indicated via text that he "may have found a place" (and mentioned later in a call that if it doesn't work out he'll have to finish out his lease), he has not signed any kind of agreement specifically accepting our cash-for-keys offer.We also live in Nashville and just had a tornado rip through several counties (including destroying part of a shopping mall and some neighborhoods 3 miles away).

Motivated seller.

They rent a nice apartment, have a car loan on a nice vehicle, maybe student loans and at best a small amount of money in a savings account that never grows.One of these co-workers has texted me asking if I think we will see layoffs. 

I conduct semiannual inspections on my rental units, and typically give notice through text message. 

Landlords are about to get whacked and might be more motivated to get out of this industry.

Well now I am motivated.  

I am looking to connect with other Real Estate Agents who have drive and motivation like myself to get together in person or via Skype, face time, zoom, phone etc. to practice scripts, role play, objection handling and talk about other items such as marketing, campaigns, drip programs.
