Hello to the Yucca Valley/JT STR community,My wife and I are strongly considering purchase of a 3 bedroom/2bath 1578 sq ft. in the Western Hills neighborhood of Yucca Valley for STR.

The fact that the windshield shattered, to me, is evidence of a strong force, such as the garage door abruptly coming down.I feel I should also add that this tenant did not ask for a thing from management.

I'd also look out for strong communication.

We already have a strong network of potential investors, AND, one of those investors suggested we Wholesale a deal or BRRR our first project - to get experience.

Prices have remained strong, and properties aren't staying on the market long.

Both are strong cash flow markets but in addition to good cash flow, they both have strong economic and demographic fundamentals such as growing populations, job growth and modern/diverse economies and industries.

Best of luck man, I strongly agree with the first comment on trying to mend things before resulting to the last resort.
