Can you clean out a property that you have under contract?
A quick question a friend of mine was wondering if you’re able to clean out a property that you just signed under contract for

Having a property under contract is much different than being the owner. Countless properties go under contract and never close for a myriad of reasons. So, that said, if the seller/owner gives you permission you could clean the property but I would only do that with the thought in the back of your mind you may be doing it for free if it doesn't close.
