I don’t have any skin in the game yet, but I do know these people and there ‘slower’ ways, and am very familiar with land types, contractors, correct land uses etc. if you’d need any in depth info or some boots on the ground for any of these areas let me know, as out here it’s nothing  to travel a couple counties away in a day.
