Traveling nurses in Berkshires/Pittsfield MA area

Curious if people know what the demand is like for short-term housing for this demographic or others like it in Western Massachusetts. We are considering a large-ish boarding house property that I can't imagine would do well unless demand is strong. Please let me know what you think!

Hey @Asher Coleman, have you called the local hospitals to see if they are hiring temp nurses that need housing? See if they have a need.
