Frame the window like art work.With a bathroom window you do not want to use standard window sill.Find the widest point from the window to the wall (tile, fiberglass)Rip 1x4” to that width and use it all the way around the window to bring it out to that point.Subtract half inch from the window trim you use and now rip and mill more wood till you bring out the trim base.
