A good sized 100amp panel with tandem breaker capability should be fine. 

Thank goodness it was one of those giant-sized lots so we got LOTS of practice pulling out the pipes. 

It's a safe, quite area, and the rent in the area for the size home is 1200-1300.

As a PM, I wouldn't let someone move in without screening them.

What is the size of the home?

We do use this language “jointly/severally in our leases already but I was trying to figure out a way to screen it out better on the front end if possible or mitigate it in some “Legal” way

You can not screen a applicant unless you have criteria.

Is you're electric sized properly?

I like that the units are 2 BR and decent size - the smaller the units the higher the turnover generally.

We had another major project going on twice the size of this one and we felt we can finish it in parallel.
