While they have a number of foreclosures the mix of loans implies they were a pretty normal lender but not a bank.There could be some points to be scored so a deal might be done.

hi my name is steve myers i,am from akron,ohio i,am a 52 yr old single male with no background in real estatei was brought here by a friend because of my interest in learning rehab and resell.i have been trying to get something started for three yrs now but keep running into the brick wall of bad credit and poor income .i,am currently on disabilty and want to make a change in my life,i guess my first challenge is getting my credit score to where it need to be so i thank everyone for letting be apart of this and hope to get some good insight and info .....steve

Now with that luxury you will end up paying a higher interest rate (about 6% right now with GOOD credit scores) and have to be pigeon holed into a shorter term (15 years max), but it wont throw off your debt to income and it wont even appear on your report when you go to buy your own home.

Hey @Tyreese GadlinYour interest rate that would be fair to expect would depend on your relationship with the lender (family/friends or someone you don't know well), you credit score (if they look that up), and many other factors so we probably can't help out much there.
