Just a quick intro:

I own my own home and am a 50% member of a LLC my business partner and myslef formed two years ago. We only have one single family rental and are closing on a second REI tomorrow.

I've been reading several posts on here for the past few days and you all seem like a great bunch. 8)

I look forward to learning (and contributing what little experience I've been through so far) in this community.
