It's amazing to me how many buyers and buyer's agents who, during the price negotiations, say they won't be picky in the inspection, just looking for major issues, then suddenly want every tiny thing in the report fixed by a licensed contractor with an extended warranty or request thousands more off already negotiated price.

People buying lists guess what hundreds to thousands of others are also usually buying the same list so they tend to be worthless lots of times.If you want to be a wholesaler you might do better to be a real estate agent.
