I am the biggest voice out there to promote, NOT TO HIRE an SEO company!

Pricing & listing optimization, art direction for photo shoots, outreach to any relevant media, local/regional listing & tourism outlets and connecting with influencers & corporate partners for sponsorships are all part of the day to day things I do to promote your property.

^This will help promote you with other people who have keywords set up for your area. 

And there are several of us who purchased via Maverick that are not thrilled with the TK provider they continue to promote. 

I'm asking, not promoting it.

I also think that when you and @Erik Peterson post, you both SHOULD DISCLOSE that you work closely with Mark helping him promote his programs.Maybe @Mark Podolsky could weigh in about concerns of there only being 50-60 proven counties where the system is "effective". 

There are a much of "middle men" who promote turnkey companies in multiple markets so that you can "browse" markets and choose the kind of the property and market that works best with your goals.

You promote OKC a lot.

I think people who are promoting their success so heavily rather than having their success promote themselves is a big red flag.
