I am in search of anyone who has structured private financing contracts. 

if the answer is “yes” what resources are available to an individual to make sure I stay compliant.I know the big one is being 62... does this apply if the lender is a private party and not an institution.Thanks for the help!

Dear BP community,There are some agencies which help the section 8 tenants to pay their security deposits ( at lease here in Philadelphia, PA).Who supports those agencies?

Looking for some advice on putting a security system in my Rehab.

I have never asked a tenant to make rent or a security deposit payable to me personally going back 16 years.A friend has had dozens of rentals since 1982.

Within the next few years I want to use private lenders, local banks, and money I save from commissions (currently a licensed agent) to buy B to C class apartment buildings.

Use private money BRRR.

I’m going through a conventional loan right now and they made the seller remove security bars so a foundation issue may make it not financAble.  

I still work in Cambridge as a Operations Manager for a security company.

I’m also searching for private and hard money lenders.Please let me know if anyone can help
