New appliances, New paint, New lighting / plumbing fixtures, a dedicated parking space, new carpet or carpet cleaning, ceiling fans, etc.

I've been working in an IT career for 20+ years and I've lost my passion for it and I now find all of my attention turning to Real Estate.

I am new to real estate myself but I will say I am a huge fan of Brandon Turner's "The Book on Rental Property Investing."

Even though I am new to BP, I can relate to some of stories and I share the same passion.

Not a fan of financing as it seems hard to obtain.

It was undeniable that the leasing company did not have the home inspected or professionally cleaned, fire alarms broken and missing, light bulbs burnt out, carpets filthy, windows inside/out so dirty you cannot see out of them, 1/2 inch of dust and dirt on the ceiling fans, window sills, bathrooms not cleaned...just a complete mess.

I am a fan of writing things down and now actually want to start videotaping conversations between my wife and I on our goals and perceived challenges to hold ourselves accountable and reference through replay. 

I would love to get into that, it's a passion.

I stumbled across BP while looking at other real estate videos about buying rental properties, then while talking with a friend discovered he is a big BP fan and has been watching and following BP for a while now.  

I’m in the Houston area so there’s a huge market Problem is, how can a 19 year old with little credit buy a property a bank would never in a million years approve that loan so any and all advise is welcomed I really think this my passion and I intend to pursue it with excellence this app has massively increased my knowledge and drive in pursuing this thanks to everyone out there and I’m stoked to hear yalls feedback
