We are looking to patch some holes, repair stucco, paint the entire exterior, and a few other small things like that.

Ultimately I need a qualified contractor to examine the outside of the house and patch up holes by which the mice are coming in.

You need to have different perspectives, you need someone to see the holes in the others logic/assumptions, etc.  

Dig down 5 feet and you should end up with 6 feet of water.To test this run he well pump and see how fast the existing water level is being maintained.Thats not gonna happen , i am not going down a 25 ft deep hole thats 3 ft around standing in a foot of water and shoveling wet sand into a bucket and then having someone pulling that bucket up over my head . 

There is a black hole around 100 - 200 units where profit falls off dramatically as you hire employees, rent/buy office space, etc.I know some manager that are killing it with 100 units.

Looking for people to poke holes in this plan or heads up for any pitfalls that I wouldn't know about being a noob. - Any good books on commercial structuring money for smaller commercial ventures?
