Contractor for Condoplex

I’m looking for recommendations for a general contractor that can help us do a cosmetic update to our 8 unit condoplex. My wife is the VP of the HOA so she has full control of the budget. We are looking to patch some holes, repair stucco, paint the entire exterior, and a few other small things like that. We can pay cash. I’m in North Park on the cross roads of Ohio and Polk. Any recommendations are appreciated!
