I manage Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors and we are still meeting, even more than usual via zoom and also have a new meeting hosted by @Dan Krupa  (Landlord, Flipper, Property Manager) in the Northland that is in person at least tonight.There are also several Landlord groups as well as quite a few members of MAREI that host their own events:  Topeka/Lawrence - Eastern Jackson County - Multi Family and more, we post many of their events on the MAREI Calendar of events so you can attend ALL of them should you want to.

You want to be a borrower right now (smartly, that you can afford and cover even with vacancies or a personal job loss) and NOT a lender in my opinion.Also, Springfield should have some tailwinds as mid-sized metros should become more attractive as millennials form households and leave high-priced urban centers.
