Have you received an estimate?

As an example I just checked AirDNA’s data against one of my rentals this week and occupancy and ADR was way off from the reality on the ground that most others I know are seeing in 2023.

But we won’t qualify for a primary residence refi anymore, and I’ll need more equity to refinance as an investment property.Future investment goals: I want to own rental properties in the future, but I’m not sure if holding on to this one (which we already have) is the right move, or if it makes more sense to sell and build up savings for a better investment down the line.I’d really appreciate any advice on what I might be overlooking here.

I recently worked with 2 different investors who each bought an investment property using a hard money lender. 

I'd love to meet up, specifically areas East of the 215 and or North of the 10.I'm also curious about starting out in B-/C+ class-ish multi-property where the median house is around $500k, however it boarders an area of the median home of $700k. 

I'm going to have an attorney review my lease agreement, but all the documentation that I have came with my BiggerPockets MANAGING RENTAL PROPERTIES book a few years ago, pre-pandemic...and it's a lot.For those using KeyCheck for their MTR listings, did you also find that additional documentation was needed, besides the 3 key things that KC provides? 

Being that you're an agent, you have an advantage in the real estate space. 

I wasn't required to have higher liability coverage and I didn't choose to do so but something to talk with an insurance broker about!

It is a 40acre tract of land that was owned in an estate. 

If that's an option you can purchase cash and do a delayed financing in the case financing falls through.
