I am reading and listening to everything I can but I am getting some serious analysis paralysis and not sure what to do next.  

I very recently began listening to BiggerPockets podcasts and decided to join the website because of my interest in wholesale.

We have read books and listened to multiple podcasts, ready to leap into our first property being a multi-family.

I have read a number of real estate books from the BP publishing site, listened to quite a few podcasts, watched a lot of YouTube videos and have been doing a few other various things to gain as much knowledge as possible about investing.

You should listen to that show from 2019 as well.

I also listen to what common questions I get.

Depending on who you follow and listen to, we are in a depression, the housing market is here to stay for at least a couple of years, a crash is coming, recession is coming, etc...  

Listen to the BP real estate podcast starting around episode 100 and listen to 100 episodes and you'll get the picture.
