Hi Everyone!

My name is Adrian, and I am an aspiring Real Estate investor along with my partner Onneka. We are both currently searching for a lender and real estate agent located in Southern California (located in Cerritos, CA). We have read books and listened to multiple podcasts, ready to leap into our first property being a multi-family. We also are going to be maximizing the VA home loan and would like someone that has excellent knowledge and is willing to work as a team not only for this property but all that lies ahead of this aspiring journey. Please reach out anyone willing to connect or even leave advice, as we both still have much to learn.
Best,

Adrian & Onneka
